When I was screening potential Realtors in September 2022, based on Ira's prior listings, Ira was actually at the Top of my list. His Listings looked the Best to start, but when I called He volunteered information about the Property Market that anticipated my questions and was Very Reasonable. Since working with Ira, have found Him to be Very Service Oriented and Flexible with putting our property on the market to reach key "market timing" goals (e.g. April 1st UoA Admitted Students Day when lots of actual views would be possible). Another Realtor that was working with kept delaying the Posting and was vague about other service professionals needed to place the Property in good condition. The process was complicated by the fact that our mom was out of state during this during this time, and he took a lot of the stress and uncertainty out of all the steps. Communication is important so that nothing gets missed, and Ira was in constant communication about every step and piece of paper along the way.
